By purchasing from or interacting with Danie Knots, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products, including ready-to-ship items, custom orders, and digital patterns.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items

All items are handmade using rescued yarn, reclaimed materials, and small-batch supplies. While yarn of choice can be used for custom requests, I’m most often drawn to yarns that are lost, leftover, or in need of a good home. Because of this:

• Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind

• Slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and part of the design

• Measurements are approximate

These variations are part of the design — not defects.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcome and created collaboratively.

• A non-refundable deposit (or full payment) may be required before work begins

• Turnaround times will be discussed before the order is accepted

• Once a custom order has been agreed upon and work has begun, cancellations are accepted within 72 hours only if full payment was made prior to the start of the project. At the descretion of Danie Knots, partial refund may be issued during this time. After 72 hours, custom orders are non-refundable.

• Minor adjustments may be possible during the process, but major changes may require additional fees

• Custom orders are created in the order they’re received. If you’re working with a tight timeline, an expedited option is available for an additional fee.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the final piece will reflect the handmade nature and creative process of the materials used.

Digital Products & Patterns

Digital crochet patterns are delivered electronically.

• All digital sales are final

• After purchasing, patterns are available to download for 48 hours after which you will need to email a reciept to have it resent.

• Patterns are for personal use only

• Patterns may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or reproduced in any form

• Items made from these patterns may be sold without written permission [No Mass Production] as long as Danie Knots is credited as pattern designer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of the work:

• All sales are final

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can do my best to fix the issue.

Shipping

• Processing times vary and are listed on each product page

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Danie Knots is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or lost packages once marked delivered

Care Instructions

Care instructions are provided when possible. Danie Knots is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or wear.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, photos, and written content are the intellectual property of Danie Knots and may not be used without permission.
